The Raffle Merchant (or Rich Guy Preston) is a merchant that appears at Area 218 (Golden Metropolis) and was added in Update 21. The merchant accepts only diamonds and sells varying quantities of Millionaire Tickets, which can be used in the Millionaire Raffle.
Respect[]
Respect is the leveling system for all the merchants currently in the game (excluding minigame merchants). Respect is accumulated when the player purchases an item from the merchant and has a maximum level of 5. Respect will unlock more items for the player to buy as the level of respect increases, which normally consists of items of a higher rarity.
Items for sale[]
The merchant will sell Millionaire Tickets in 6 different quantities. Much like the Snow Merchant, every item is instantly unlocked and can be purchased, regardless of the level of respect that the player has.
