Current Staff
We are not employees of Roblox, and we are not employees of BIG Games. The Wiki Staff Team moderates and contributes to the wiki. We are volunteers who maintain and update the wiki to provide accurate information to the Roblox community. Our goal is to ensure that the content on the wiki is reliable and up to date. This includes enforcing Rules and Policies to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all community members. Disclosure, and commitment to the community: Staff members NoPartyThisTime, Noobyrblx011, and ImGrindinAllDay from this Wiki are since July 2024 BIG Games Partners. As a wiki staff, we are committed to neutrality. This Partner status was granted without obligation and was therefore gratefully accepted, as it offers advantages that simplify the work on the wiki, e.g. the use of the freecam to create pictures of the areas. Should BIG Games make demands that contradict the community concept of this wiki, we will take appropriate measures.
Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are the leaders and highest authority of the staff team and have the same responsibilities as those of Admins and Moderators, but possess the power to promote other users.

Administrators
Administrators (also known as "admins" or "sysops") are trusted users who are generally chosen by the staff team, they are people that have the role of keeping the Moderators/Wiki in check. They also have the responsibilities of a Moderator, but possess the power to ban users that are misbehaving. There are also Head Staff of two types: Head of Discussions and Head of Content. They are same role as administrator but focused on different types and keeping the Moderator in check to make sure the standards are consistant like Post Moderation and Page Quality/Editing.

Staff Appointment
- Decisions on new staff are made by consensus among the active staff.
- There are no open staff positions at the moment, but if there are, it will be announced in the wiki.
- If a contributor has made important contributions to the wiki over a period of several months, they can also be appointed as a staff member in consensus with the active staff.
- If the situation requires it, new staff can also be appointed temporarily. This happens, for example, if a required staff member is absent for a longer period of time, if support is required in the event of vandalism or if an experienced editor from another wiki needs to be called in for major changes.
- Trial periods can be scheduled for new staff members. Staff who are still being trained are considered trial staff. This has proven to be particularly necessary for discussion mods who first have to be trained. Trial staff are not yet included in the list of staff members.

Staff Demotion
- Moderators and admins who are inactive for several months lose their roles (inactive also means that no real contributions are made to the wiki, i.e. if only marginal changes are made or only the own page is edited).
- Moderators and admins must follow the rules. Contact other staff members if necessary.
- Misbehavior in other wikis or within Roblox games (e.g. Scams).
