The Ice Obby is a minigame in Pet Simulator 99 located in Area 38 (Icy Peaks). There is no time limit to complete the minigame, but there is an hour and 15 minute cooldown before the player can complete the obby again.
Gameplay[]
As soon as the player enters the minigame, they are brought to an area surrounded by ice shards and white snow, simulating a cold arctic land. The entire course is slippery and the player may slide off if they are not paying attention to their movement.
The game begins with 3 ice platforms, which the player has to jump across to avoid falling into the dark depth below. The course then splits across 2 paths, giving the player a choice on what path to take.
The easy path, signified by a joyful emoticon (😄), begins with some wide snowy blocks that the player must traverse across. These blocks fall after a few seconds once the player steps on them, so if they are not careful, they will fall.
The player must then walk through a path without getting hit by the two rolling snowballs in their way. Afterwards, they are brought to another path where shards fall from the sky at random points, trying to crush the player. The spots where the spikes will fall are signified by cracks in the ice.
After this, the player must climb an icy staircase in order to reach the narrow, icy jumps ahead. Upon successful completion of this path, rewards can be claimed.
The hard path, signified by a sobbing emoticon (😭), begins similarly to the easy path; however, it has shorter and narrower platforms.
The player must then traverse across square snow blocks that fall very quickly after being stepped on. After this, there is a staircase of snow, of which each step falls shortly after being stepped on.
After this, the player can take a detour in the course to open a chest that can be opened after rebirthing at least three times. After this, the player must climb a steep hill while avoiding snowballs rolling down the course. Upon successful completion of this path, rewards can be claimed.
