The Dino Tycoon Event 2024 was an event in Pet Simulator 99, that began on July 27th, 2024 and ended on August 10th, 2024. Players could reach the event from any world from the respective spawn area.
The event took place in the new Tycoon World. Similar to a button tycoon, the player could break breakables in the event and receive 
Dino Tycoon Coins to purchase more buttons in the tycoon. Purchasing some buttons unlocked new eggs, breakable areas, upgrades, and decorations.
This update also added a new 
Meteor Gift with a chance to get the 
Huge Triceratops.

Dino Tycoon Rebirth[]
The Dino Tycoon Rebirth was a prestige feature exclusive to the Dino Tycoon Event 2024. It was located near the portal in the event, and was added on the 2nd week of the event, on August 3rd, 2024. It required fully completing the tycoon. Everything progression-wise retained aside from the tycoon and coins. There was no limit on how many rebirths the player can preform.
Upon rebirthing, the player would receive the following benefits:
- Increased Dino Tycoon Coins (20%)
Dino Gift- Secret Lab Room with:
- 5x huge chance at Rebirth 3,
- 50x huge chance at Rebirth 8, and
- 100x huge chance at Rebirth 15.
- 5x huge chance at
Dino Island[]
The Dino Island was a big island located in the middle of Tycoon World. Every 15 minutes, a big chest will appears in the island. Breaking the chest drops various items, such as 
Dino Lab Keycards, 
Fossil Tokens, and 
Dino Gift.
Dino Labs[]
The Dino Lab is a secret room that need Dino Lab Keycards to enter. In the dino lab room, you need to crack the egg, it will give you rewards, and have a chance for the 
Huge Raptor. The more rebirths, the best room. Making 15 rebirths, you can enter in 100x Huge chance room, that is the best room.

Dino Meteor[]
The Dino Meteor is a feature for the Dino Tycoon Event 2024. Dino Meteor falls every few minutes on your island. Break them for rewards, and for a Meteor Gift. The Meteor Gift have a chance for the Huge Triceratops.
Trivia[]
- To fully complete the tycoon, the player would need an estimated 832b Dino Tycoon Coins.
- Only buttons on the main island are counted for completion. Buttons on the mini-islands are not needed.
