Christmas Event 2024 (Pet Simulator 99)

I got like 8 lockpicks i think(regular) from the forever pack(1st reward also) and i went to try open one of the grink cove doors and failed all of them.

I haven't played since like September I think and I still bought like 10 happy mesls (ーー;

Huge shuriken corgi can now be hatched in the every hour santa paws dropping presents event (i hatched a huge icy phoenix)

On day 18 of the advent calendar in ps99, I claimed it but when I pressed the present, nothing happened. The present just disappeared.

Can anyone tell me what happened?

I found all of the presents for the Christmas event but whenever I click the last present, it said that I lost internet. I have all of my bars and service so I know something is wrong with the game. Can anyone help me?
